Sinksandfaucet.ca is a Canadian online-only retailer dedicated to making the process of shopping for your home fun and easy.

Sinksaandfaucet.ca does not have any store locations. Our website is our showroom, which allows us to have a larger selection of products you can browse online at any time.

ORDERING

To check the status of your order, email our customer services team ; customercare@sinksandfaucet.ca. Your Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you within 7 days of your scheduled delivery. If you have any questions or want to make changes, contact our Customer Care team.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t already been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Care team. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery.

The photos, drawings and measurements on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual product of your order may vary slightly. Please contact our Customer Care team with any questions.

DELIVERY

We currently deliver to most postal codes in the following provinces in Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan. To find out for sure if we deliver to your area, please contact our Customer Care team.

We have couple of unique delivery options available in Toronto area.

  1. FREE DELIVERY : This service available for orders over $100 and in greater Toronto area ( ONTARIO). Delivery is within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please email our customer care team for more details.
  2. 48HR DELIVERY : This service available ( at a flat fee of $40.00) for orders over $100 and in the Greater Toronto Area ( ONTARIO). Delivery is within 2 business days (48hrs.) from the date of order confirmation. Please email our customer care team for more details.
  3. For all the other orders throughout Canada, shipping charge will be a Flat fee of $25.00 for each product. We will let you know the total cost before you check out. Just add your items to the cart and include your shipping information.

Standard delivery time is 10 – 14 business days.

Yes, the delivery date of your order can be changed up until three (3) days before the scheduled date. To make this change, contact our Customer Care team.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Our delivery teams treat your order with care so it can arrive in the best condition possible, but if there is any visible damage on the merchandise or to your home during the delivery process, please notify our delivery team and make sure it is recorded in the delivery paperwork. Then, contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of the delivery or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.

Many of our products come with a manufacturer warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Specific details can be found on manufacturer, distributor/agent websites. (Example : www.stellacanada.us).

The basic warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold “as is”, or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to our Return policy.

PAYMENT & PRICING

We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

Your card will be charged once the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours of your order being placed.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes can happen. In such cases, If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.
